Organizational Structure
of the Cultural Caravan of Communication

All the projects are leaded and organized under the responsibility of the Cultural Caravan of Communication, incorporated association based in Vienna, Austria. The Cultural Caravan of Communication is a non-profit organisation.

The Cultural Caravan of Communication aims at being a link between different organisations and NGOs at the European level, which would work on the project under our responsibility. The Cultural Caravan of Communication seeks also to establish close partnerships with local and national governments and different international and European institutions.

To lead the different projects and to organize the different aspects of our activities we have setted up different structures:

The Board of Directors

The Cultural Caravan of Communication's board of directors will integrate specialists in the field of project management, fund raising, public relations, media strategy, animal transport and equipment, legal affairs, and controlling. They are in charge of the project management and bring their expertise as a guarantee for the full feasibility of the project.

The Advisory Board

An advisory board consisting of specialists in the field of inter-cultural dialog, media and journalism, Multi-media, pedagogy, tourism and leisure industry, political science, cultural and religious affairs, international law, camel and horse husbandry, etc will complete the team of directors, and bring the expertise needed in the different fields of our intervention. The advisory board is acting as a brainstorming forum.

The Honorary Board

An honorary board consisting of representatives of politics, churches, EU organisations, economy and other non-profit organisations. The members are nominated by the Executive board. They will bring more than an ideological support: we expect the honorary members to participate actively in the brainstorming of the leading team and also in the cultural activities of the association.

The General Assembly

The General Assembly is the assembly of all the members entitelled to vote (ordinary members and honorary members). At least one meeting per semester will be organized to present and discuss the activities and the policies of the Association. These assembly is a proposal counsel. The members can of course all along the year get into personal contacts with each other and with the executive board. An on-line forum will also be available to all members for discussing and proposing the different initiatives.
